My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, although the view was slightly obstructed by a tree outside. The service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my stay special. The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites of Heraklion, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations. However, the noise from airplanes passing overhead was a minor drawback.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and spacious with a fabulous breakfast buffet. The views from the balcony overlooking the port and fortress were stunning. The service was top-notch with welcoming and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better for exploring Herakleion and all of Crete. The dining experience was brilliant, especially the local items and freshly squeezed orange juice. The pool area on the roof was a real treat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a perfect bed and a bathroom that was always clean, tidy, and comfortable with a great view. I loved the bathrobes, slippers, and Korres cosmetics provided. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and approachable staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable from day one. The location was ideal, close to the port for ferries and within easy reach of the airport; it was perfect for exploring the old town and had easy access to transportation. The dining experience was stellar, with a great selection of options that felt very safe during these times. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel rooms were full of antique furniture with an enormous bed featuring crisp cotton sheets, spacious and comfy, although the lack of ample daylight through a narrow balcony door with heavy curtains initially seemed a bit gloomy.
